Every so often, you may need your employees to do something outside of their official job description \u2013 could you rely on the candidate to do this?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Self-Awareness<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Being self-aware is a separate skill from self-management.&nbsp;Someone who is self-aware will know their limits and when to call for help. Being good at self-awareness doesn\u2019t mean doing things alone.
