The survey results revealed that while <strong>employee experience<\/strong> is a high priority for HR professionals, engagement surveys are underutilised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Engagement Surveys Are Not the Focus<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Only 50% of respondents had participated in one and just 20% had organised one. Beyond engagement surveys, there is a greater focus on <a href=\"https:\/\/mo.work\/blog\/how-to-create-a-high-performance-culture\/\">improving management skills to boost performance<\/a>. The results highlight the lack of action created by engagement surveys, causing disappointment and stagnancy. After all, <a href=\"https:\/\/mo.work\/blog\/the-best-places-to-work-rely-on-action-not-just-insight\/\">insights are useless without realistic strategies<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key trends for 2025 include the continued emphasis on employee experience and remote\/hybrid work, with generative AI rapidly gaining importance.
