As the business expanded to include two more, Mo became an essential piece of the puzzle:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-body-font-size\">\u201cCommunicating multi-site without something like Mo would be really, really difficult. Notice boards can\u2019t be the main point of communication. We\u2019ve got night shifts, day shifts, people working on and off the floor &#8211; it\u2019s not possible to reach everyone effectively without a tool like this.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-body-font-size\">Sarah compares the business\u2019s current experience with her previous company, where communication inconsistencies were a daily frustration:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-body-font-size\">\u201cWe just couldn\u2019t target the workforce with any consistency.
