To transform SHL into a workplace where employees feel valued, engaged and proud to work. This reflected deeper issues:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Employees felt&nbsp;<strong>underappreciated<\/strong>&nbsp;and disconnected from the company\u2019s mission and values.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communication between leadership and employees was lacking, leading to frustration and disengagement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Morale was low due to rapid organisational changes, causing many employees to look elsewhere for stability and recognition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>SHL\u2019s new leadership team recognised the urgency of the situation.
