The Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust (RUH) provides essential clinical care services to communities across Bath, North East Somerset, Wiltshire, Somerset and South Gloucestershire. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a workforce of approximately 5,000, RUH faced the challenge of uniting staff under shared values following two major acquisitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To address this, RUH launched a values programme designed to build a positive company<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A key part of this initiative was finding an effective way to embed these values across the trust, which led them to Mo.<\/p>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<\/path>\n\t\t\t<\/g>\n\t\t<\/svg>\n\t<\/span>\n<\/div>\n\n

RUH recognised that to deliver exceptional care, they needed to unify their diverse workforce and empower employees to live the Trust\u2019s shared values. Through an extensive engagement programme, RUH worked collaboratively with staff, patients and carers to define the behaviours they aspired to embody.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
