good recognition programs are 21% less likely to suffer from burnout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>According to <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EBN<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peer-to-peer is 35.7% more likely to have a positive impact on financial results than recognition purely from managers, <a Matters<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3\">How Often Should an Employee Be Recognised?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s hard to recognise an employee <em>too<\/em> often. However, in the unlikely event that you\u2019re burying someone in compliments and good wishes to such an extent that they can\u2019t even open their inbox, then perhaps it\u2019s time to take a break.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But generally, the more often you\u2019re able to <strong>genuinely<\/strong> recognise and appreciate someone\u2019s hard work and skills, the better.
